Waiting for the 10-k. If you look at the last filing, it was a thing of beauty, not one of those typical faxed in unaudited forms on someones MS Word.

I bet they will issue a PR as well.

The bid/ask spread is ridiculous. Today it is .11/.16, and when I put an order in between those, NITE moved up the bid. So, there are not many shares out there.
