I'm not sure for most i would suggest covering a bit prior to the conference call so if it turns out to be bad news at least you don't lose it all. I have noticed personally after every conference call for a penny stock; the share price drops.

*I'm still a novice so I don't know anything, just letting you know what I have seen.
