The words "Reverse Split" concern me. Howeever, if the only reason for a reverse split were to raise the price of the stock to a $1.00, then a reverse would not be necessary if the price of the stock was already above a dollar. Does that make sense?

Does anyone else have a comment on the potential of a reverse split.
