If I understand what you are alleging here...

Do you have any proof, or is it just speculation:
1) That JD sold the building to himself?
2) That he took the "loans" from the company specifically to buy the building?
3) That JD owns Wilkes Holdings?

Pretty serious accusations... I hope you have the facts to back them up!
