just read through the document. very helpful. exactly what i was looking for - thank you!

basically it states what someone had posted earlier this morning, which is that grants can be posted one of a couple different ways. one of which is posting it as income. the fact that it is possible to post that way helps value the company in my mind.

at a assumed PE of 15, and share count of 1B, every $10M grant would equate to a .15 boost in share price. Dennis has said in the past that he's not planning for grant money, but I think the new CEO could change that line of thinking - based on his experience in the biofuel industry. and if Dennis already has a connection to Bill Sarpalius, groundwork may be getting laid as we speak (lucky groundwork).

anyway, just letting my mind wander until the next bit of news...
