perhaps the offer was to buy 51% of the company at a new A/S.

Maybe the new A/S would be 2,156,862,745 and the 51% would be bought at a 25% increase of what 51% of todays shares are worth?

These kinds of announcements from JD are so stupid. They have zero details ever and they never happen. It's like he decides to free-write some days on the website.
