Adjusting the A/S same as the O/S leaves the same potential total number of slices of the whole pie as before the R/S.

imho, this R/S would not be a common stock dilution oriented move on ETFC’s part. Not saying I like R/S’s, just saying it does not appear to be motivated by the potential of skyrocketing dilution as can be found with some company's R/S's.

What do you see that I'm missing here?
