very good post my friend....

i do not care if the pps goes up and down for a bit..... give me and others that are still buying the opportunity to scoop em up. monk called this from what i hear 14 months ago, this has gone way to far from that point for it to stop now... so if you do not want to be a holder and cannot wait a few more weeks or even another month, then that is a decision each an every one has to make on their own... but i know my $$$'s are safer here and the other lockdowns than, well lets say TH**... IMO lots of the volume slowed down when that P&D was pushed as the normal volume flippers moved out of here and over there.... MM's will take advantage of the lower volume but it still does not keep the squeeze from having to or will happen....
