NITE has been selling semi-large blocks (around 25-50k) since the PR was released at the beginning of March. They were there on the ask both times PRs were released and have been randomly selling blocks ever since. IMO the shares NITE is selling are from the recently un-restricted insider shares.

TDA (with their newish SMART routing system) no longer automatically uses NITE to route orders unless ETMM is not available so most retail orders will be routed through ETMM. It's possible Scottrade still uses them but I'm not sure how many shareholders currently use that broker.

All this is my opinion from watching L2 where it's obvious MMs are playing games.
