But again FF what will it say about their investigation if after a year they have not moved on a firm that refuses to show any record of finances and they simply do nothing. Again I ask what could they be looking at for so long without raising a red flag that opens them up (the SEC) to all kinds of class actions suites, being the agency responsible for protecting us from fraud but doing nothing about flagrant violations.

And don't try and sell me that Petro refuses to give up the records as a federal entity they can just do it by court order and grind everything to a halt. It's simple logic.
