this stock is acting crazy...everything up for vote passed at stockholders meeting...increased outstanding shares ...approved POSSIBLE reverse split...changed name to Inergetics.

I mean the increase in authorized & possible reverse split are negative in natire but stock keeps moving up?? lol

There must be some kind of big news coming
