"yes I can answer this. First of all, Although the Oklahoma deal
was signed, we had to wait for the previous owner to come to town so we could sign off on a couple of definitions that had to be clarified on. This is done. Second of all, the permit that exists is what we will operate under until such time as our permit is completed. Third, we don't need a waste water permit, as any water generated goes to an injection well which is on that site, but is not owned buy us. We don't need a permit to send water to an injection well in this area. For the operations in Montana, it is CCP a Wyoming company which has been registered in Montana. As for the operating permits for injection wells, we are still waiting for some of the assignments because the landowner was away for an extended period of time.
We also can operate under the current permit in these area's, but need to overhaul the sites before we put them into operations, and we have been waiting until all the snow and mud is gone before we begin that phase. There is more detail, but I don't believe that I need to get into it any further.I will attach a few pictures of the sites so that you can show them if you
wish."
