sounds like P&D 101 to me. Pay 10 G's for a license so you dont get in trouble PRing it, while selling millions of dollars worth of shares into the market on claims that one has no intention of fulfilling.

Im happily riding freebies, but I should've just sold all I had at 0024 or whatever this thing was at and moved on.

I would be weary of this 'company' actually providing anything material.
