oh sure.... its always for the best... but it wipes out anything you have done to build a nice position with leverage.. they snatch your ability to make the green during the good times... it benifits the short termers not the folks that have been here through the lean years. and also benifits the cronies and more of the institutional buyers that usually go on a shorting campaign right after the split.
