agreed. seems like it could even hold .012 into next week on no news, just because the PBR completion is so near.

the new CEO has restored a lot of faith in the direction of the company ... it's the first PR i remember since last summer that was better than anticipated. i think that'll hold us at the middle-to-upper end of your range until the next PR.
