Auditors are there now and yes at least one of the deals will be on the books before the end of the year. That will be the Venezuala deal worth approx 20 mil and the Costa Rica deal will be right behind it. Keep in mind these are fully operating timber facilities with 2.6 mill in timber contracts. When this officialy hits the books lookout!
