Add a Talbor driver to your golf bag!! This buy out...IMHO...is not about Thresher..It's about a company buying a patent for a new revolutionary product/material that no one can put a real price tag on..It could end up being worthless, or it could end up being worth billions!! The buying company is speculating on its worh, and so is Thresher. The actual real worth of Thresher Inc. does not matter!

FWIW....I believe the buyout is real.
