SWME about to blow. Buyout rumors.

I went to the website your refering to and it does say company under restructure. So I went to this one, http://www.024zone.com/ and found a contact number. Called and talked to a very helpful gentleman named David. He takes online orders but was willing to answer any questions. We talked about the product and company, then tells me that they almost went under because of the Walgreens and CVS venture. He said that they are selling the remaining inventory before the new owners take over. He also took my number and said he would pass it along to Richard who owns the company and that he would give me a call.
To be honest, I was speechless when he offered up the info. Still not sure if this is a buyout or reverse merge of another company into SWME. I did get a call from Richard who was very nice but not as open with the company info. He gave me his email and said he would send some free samples if I sent him my address. Have you ever heard this company go by the name "Natural Care"? I missed his call and when I called him back he answered natural care and his email starts out with natural care. To answer your question, Im still not sure but it looks like something may be in the works soon.
