Bear, instinctive call. Market has whipsaw pattern so far this month. Sometimes that precedes directional change. I just covered my QQQQ and SMH from Friday for breakeven. Bought a couple of longs for a run into tomorrow's meeting. I'll probably sell the rally after the rate increase and go short. That's the plan for now.
