This may have been addressed already. I originally thought that by texting GO800, you would be connected to a live voice and the voice prompts are skipped. But after texting "Chase", when I was connected, I still had to go through the "push 1 for this, push 2 for that." Was anybody else on here thinking the same thing. That you wouldn't have to go through all the prompts when using GO800?
