Remember thrower posting this back in Nov. What was his verdict with this accusation? I know he still posts on the Chinese microcap board and apparently lives in China. Could you have him respond to these allegations made?

We have been talking to policemen today. There is an ongoing investigation into both Yingxia and Harbin Kangda Cactus concerning illegal fundraising activities. The policemen were unable to give details, but they gave us this advice: "If you invested money, come in and report it; If you are thinking about investing, better not." We confirmed that we were talking about the same Harbin Kangda, and we were told that the company was quite famous in the area.
Called the company again, we were able to get through with no problem, but the site is still blocked. So the business is still ongoing, but there are problems to be aware of. Hopefully the CEO is telling the truth, and Kangda comes out of this ok.
CSP, keep up the good work, we're all thankful for what you do. I'm going to watch this one from the sidelines because you've led the way to so many other great China stocks.
