FRHV:

10Q came out today.

We've got some work to do to get to the next Q. We owe the IRS and State of NY. We've got notes that are overdue. And we're struggling to get the needed cash to move the business forward. FRHV continues to issue a lot of shares. O/S is up to 142M now.
On the plus, FRHV just closed on a 1.5M acquisition and their bars are being sold in Walgreens and possibly in Discount Drug Mart of Ohio (about 70 stores). We'll see how the market reacts to the latest Q over the coming weeks. Hopefully FRHV doesn't turn into a Lame Brainer first!
