DEAR has been halted in afterhours at 4:12pm. The Halt Code is T1, which means news is pending. I've heard rumors about FDIC take over and other rumors about a possible buy out. I wonder if this is it? Either bit of news is serious. Here is a link to the SEC website with the halt description for DEAR.
