Many moon from now. These 15's at the ask are disguised sells from the company. They are being bought by the MM's and look like buys from the street. They are in fact not - this is more company dilution.
This is the same setup we have been seeing for the last week. Huge wall capping the stock as the inflow of shares hits the street. MM's are buying these in from the ask.

MM's are jockeying between one another for the buy with the 666 777 codes. Whos turn is next ect.

Thats why they keep dropping on and off the ask.

The company has not finished unloading there new shares out in the open. IMO
