IMHO, it's NOT iHub's doing .....
I am quite sure that IT IS intentionally done by the people behind the scenes.
We have an on-line trading now for 10 years,
with many people watching L2 and (the SAME) charts.

The people who are close to the action have DEFINITELY learned
how to manipulate L2 and the charts to THEIR advantage.
We, "the retail" , are completely screwed in the current Market Climate.
I am VERY SURE of THAT !
