The PR specifically calls out transparency and a formal organization to address it which includes Pinksheets effort.
I will include pinksheets as a status item on the list that I am going to send to Charles.
I think you make a good point. It never hurts to clarify especially with the past being what it was with this company.
I read the PR and was satisfied because in my mind if they decided to NOT follow through with the company commitment of getting the pinksheets stop sign removed this would be a "material event" and would have required a specific PR mention.
But again...never hurts to have Charles clarify the vision for us.
