Can someone explain what all this means? Doesn't this smell like serious buyback?
And isn't the logic that buyback means something like,
"Gentlemen, start your engines... buckle your seatbelts and fasten your helmets, we are now into final coundown... or something like that...?
Or is that just idle especulation?

I am new to this kind of development.
