Your point about the substantial reduction of IQD looks very logical b/c too much money supply means, in my honest opinion, too much inflation. If Iraq's inflation today stands at 6 or 7%, as compared to 40, 50 and 60s couple of years back, do support this assertion that M0 has been reduced substantially. JIMHO
