NO PR ever said it would be capped at 900mill. How did Dean lie? I'm not calling anyone a lier but that info ONLY came from a Few people who said DEAN told them it would not go over 900mill.. AND those conversations were held AFTER several people on the board received emails that Dean would NO longer respond to any personal questions. I felt that when people said "I got right through to Dean on the phone and asked questions" that it seemed far fetched.
