Thresher Industries (Pink Sheets: THRR) is announcing it has finalized its plans for a conference call to investors. The conference call is for shareholders and interested parties, to clarify the offer received on March 9, 2010 to purchase Thresher Industries. Roger Rowell, the company's CFO, will speak, as well as the company's Securities Counsel. The call is scheduled to take place at 11:00AM PDT on Wednesday, March 24, 2010.
