Would they do research for years to develop new materials, design new casting machines, get contracts from defense contractors, lighting companies, and making automotive parts, lease a huge factory and set up all the machines and furnaces, and then put out a scam to bilk investors after they just came out with the new metal matrix composite, which could be worth billions, and risk jail time for them and all their family, which Tom said his family owned greats amount of stock in the company.
