Yeah, I am going to avoid and generic terms or labels being tossed around by either side

all i know is that the system was broken and a fix was needed. whether this is the correct fix or not, is yet to be seen. at the every least, it's movement, instead of stagnation.

again, i say, let's just see how it fleshes out before "the sky is falling" cries are warranted.
