Did the CEO resign or did he get booted?

You are acting as if he got booted. If he truly was kicked out on his rear, which doesn't seem to be the case, then that would be great.

But let's not pretend that the BOD doesn't equal at least a huge percentage of JD's viewpoint.

Until we see who is the next CEO and what kind of power he has, this is nothing more than yet another smokescreen.

I know people that are underwater in this thing want everything to be hunky dory and will look for any chance to point at something and say "See. See!!! It's all better!"

It doesn't work that way. Until fins are released and the true structure is established EXPH will be an extremely risky investment in a possibly dying company.

It's laughable to take anything JD says seriously until it actually happens. Everybody knows that, whether they like to admit it or not.
