I visited the BioCentric Energies Corporate offices on the 19th March 2010. On a personal note: I noticed immediately that there was significant changes in the Office appearance and it's layout. The have cleaned up the old premises and painted, the have streamlined the Lab and made it extremely isolated as a hospital CPU.
There was much attention to getting the old place painted and all their furniture has finally been put in place. The executive Vice President , Monique has finally got some pictures on her walls and her walls have been painted. The conference and Board room is set up for meetings and they have a huge 4x5 interactive monitor /computer driven screen for the display of the just released "Farm layout" showing the interactive sections and running operation to be built within the next few months. Dennis Fisher gave me an hour of his time and introduced me to Dr Brian Goodall, the new CEO. A slightly smaller version of Dennis (6'2') and just as dynamic and enthusiastic about their immediate future. These men gave me an hour of their time to discuss in detail the progress in the past few weeks, since my last visit.
They spoke candidly and with facts of their plans. They were tremendously confident in their two new hires, Jose Sanchez and Helmut Gass. Both of these men are more than capable of implementing and overseeing the new operations, namely the Plant project, under way and the Farm project within the next 60 days. Mr. Sanchez arrives this week at BioCentic Energies. They discussed the preliminary business plan. We discussed the support that the shareholders are giving the company and they both appreciated the cool heads that have prevailed during these past transitional months. Our strength and resolve have proved profitable in these past two weeks. The stock's (BEHL) charting has showed that support has gathered where we are trading now and gradual growth is more assured, more than any other time in this company's short existence. The news to come of the actual site locations and the land acquisitions will be made available in the weeks to come. The Business Plan will be made public, the finances and the website with the interactive streaming of the work and progress of the farms and their development will be available on a 27/7 basis this summer. There has been some personnel changes but their core management are very competent and equal to the mission. Dr Goodall, is so excited for the company, the shareholders and for the future of "Green Technology." He has put his reputation on the line! The technology is still not here to develop cost effective algae derived Bio fuel. Through big numbers of 10's of thousands of gallons of Algae oil per day and the introduction of new technologies , make for the scale of economy for successful affordable fuel and BioCentric Energies is the only system in the world that can achieve those numbers economically for the foreseeable future. They are acquiring 150 acres for this initial farm operation. They have investors who, for two million dollars each 10 acres are willing to participate in these farms. The returns are phenomenal. Dennis has millions of dollars in orders for the product and no end in sight. They have these investors and waiting to put their money in these farms. Guys, I am very satisfied with this company. You have bet on a winner. For those flippers and spike players, this is not for you. For those long players, double up it won't be cheaper. These are my impressions and I have no inside opportunity or information to discuss that has not been divulged in this report.
