I'm looking through the NASDAQ Listing Standards & Fees

Perhaps someone more qualified to read this document, could point me in the direction of, the Min $3.00 bid requirement for an Initial Nasdaq listing.

http://www.nasdaq.com/about/nasdaq_listing_req_fees.pdf

I found a couple of tables in that document

I see $4.00 per share min bid requirement ...

I believe the $3 bid was changed to $4 in March of 1997 .. here is an interesting read on the subject.

Big deal? .. no, not really at this point.

CEO misspoke, was unaware of the "recent" rule change .. whatever .. Me may have said $3 per share ... but if that is his target price for the Nasdaq .. I think he'll be a bit premature in his application.
