Now check out the one month chart and you will notice the volume increase around feb 24th, which is when this PR came out. It dont matter if the company is in debt, or has 14 billion A/S. Heres somemore DD for ya. The location of Thresher is in a great spot

Specifically, Thresher Industries is located within a state enterprise zone, a recycling market development zone, a foreign trade zone, and an SBA HUB Zone for contract preferences. Charged with assisting businesses are the Kings County Economic Development Corporation and the Kings County One-Stop Job Center whose staffs are both responsive and knowledgeable. These organizations assist with all aspects of business growth, incentive zone utilization, and employee recruitment, screening, placement and training.

Definations of:

Designated Enterprise Zones provide tax incentives to businesses and allow private-sector market forces to revive the local economy

Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs) were created in the United States to provide special customs procedures to U.S. plants engaged in international trade-related activities. Duty-free treatment is accorded items that are processed in FTZs and then reexported, and duty payment is deferred on items until they are brought out of the FTZ for sale in the U.S. market.
