Buy back costs money. RS also, but much, much less.

One problem is far too many shares, which dilutes heck out of any one shareholders holding. RS 1 for a thousand would help cure that,
as well as making it a 3 dollar stock.

From which it would either go up or down, depending on the company sales performance. But it would attract some real investors in for at least a look.
