Folks, keep in mind that VIPR has in their agreements potential claims in other/proximate areas (not sure of the legal specifics)... now ask yourself the question: if you found results you were expecting in THIS site (based upon preliminary), wouldn't you seek to secure those proximate areas before others do... i.e., before news is released? Thus creating multiple, escalated market-value movements like the current?
If you want to optimize your gain in VIPR, have to think about it differently than other PK/momo's (as many here have already found...). Not discouraging anyone from cutting out and taking profits, or thinking they can ride it based upon a chart-- but this will likely be the beginning of continuous, unveiling news concerning immediate/concrete VALUE per concessions in the area.
VIPR is only incidentally a momo... people may be coming because of the chart/momentum/volume, but all that is anchored in REAL VALUE... and the IMMANENT NEWS concerning that value. Unlike other PK releases which at best offer (1) speculatative value, and; (2) where you have to wait and see profits, in this instance, we'll know near-immediately because of the value of GOLD (minus expenses, etc.).
THUS, there will be ebb and flow in the trading, but IF GOLD is found to the degree we expect, this is far bigger than just THAT find.... They will immediately be flush with (more) cash, and secure/optimize concessions in the area and others....
BOTTOM LINE: While folks tend to look out for #1, we have every REASON to hang tight, don't let go of your shares... they are GOLD... allow for a good percentage stop-loss (even up to 30%)... because invariably this will shake out the short-term/momo ripple riders to the benefit of those who recognize the potentially MONSTROUS WAVE!!!
If God blesses this... it's "undeserved" and "unearned" ... may it be used in accord with His purposes!
