Thanks, I've been looking through
the PR's. What does this mean?

(PINKSHEETS: QASP) has purchased an option to take a controlling share in BVI company, Mineseekers Operations Overseas Ltd, and its subsidiary Mineseeker Operations UK Ltd.

Is Mineseeker a stock company ? I am getting tripped up understanding if the 1.4M was a donation or an investment. I can see the potential synergy between the 2 companies, however wouldn't 1.4M be better served as seed money for QASP.
I know I am missing something here.
