On a side note, can you or someone tell me how restricted shares count vs. the one we buy?
Taken from the Information and Disclosure Statement of September 30, 2009 from OTCBB.com :

"Currently the shares beneficially owned by Tom Flessner are 6,527,567 shares of restricted common stock."

So what does his shares sell for compared to my 5.000.000 of "normal" shares?
