newbie investor seeks advice

I've got $1400 cash to invest; but am stuck between THRR or ZVTK.

I aleady bought some of Zevotek (and went to LOWES hoping to find their product). What's a good entry point for Thresher? Looks like its falling from quite a pump; chances it'll rettrace to .0005?
