Nez, I wasn't around then, but I do know Monk and his team were accumulating. I believe it just popped up like it has in the last month and a half. Some flippers bailed and the stock started a consolidation phase while the team continued to add at lower prices.

You can see this consolidation phase getting ready to end much quicker now that the shares are in much strong hands.
