S2R, maybe, maybe not. An Option or Right of Refusal does not affect the ownership until it is exercised. If Phase II is a go, we could pay only the amount it would cost for the Option or First Right of Refusal. We could then exercise that Option or Right and bungle it into our portfolio just prior to selling our assets in 2,3,4.
