Why aren't any of those shares ever listed in the financials? Why does Delaware state there are no preferred shares authorized? You can't issue what have never been authorized. Delaware, by the way, is the last word on authorized share totals.

If they are now claiming they have preferred, any investors could challenge them in court over this matter and win. It would be an easy win too.
