When you said that "In 2007 Xom paid 77.6 million for 40% of JDZ block 1"...didn't you mean that XOM was paid that amount from Addax?

I would agree that if Total purchases Chevrons 45.9% we should look at the purchase price. And if Chevron gets that $133.5 million that you calculate...or more...then I guess I would see that as a positive.

On the other hand...if it appears that Chevron is just unloading this property onto Total for a lesser amount I would not be optimistic about the data they are seeing.
