After the new buyer is addressed, buying could POSSIBLY be halted, thats true because it does and has happened



Stocks like THRR on the pink sheets are never halted for news. They are sometime suspended for 10 days by the SEC for lying in filings and PRs, or for lack of information, but there are no trading halts for news.
