Good morning fellas,

New to the board, but liking the story and cheap entry price smile

Obviously, Laidlaw's success hinges on getting an approval to operate biomass facility in Berlin, NH and it does appear it will take some time before that is known. However, having Berlin Mayor and council support is positive, green energy is desireable and in great demand today, and the city does desperately need jobs created directly and indirectly by this venture. As long as as Laidlaw takes the necessary environmental and regulatory steps, addresses local traffic and noise issues, and provide enough incentives for locals, they should be able to acquire a permit to build the facility.

Off course, anything can happen when influence, money and power is in play, but there are few pinks that can muster a deal like this and influence a Mayor and council to support it's efforts. Therefore, I see a lot of potential and upside at this juncture.

I may establish a starter position on Monday.
