Circumstances change. The fact is Quasar is paying some of the aquisitions weekly/monthly to keep their buying options open. I stated on here in several posts over the last 2 weeks that the 900 was not in stone and told the board not to draw a line in the sand. I don't know about you, but I don't want them to lose an aquisition when they are days away from getting the 350 million.
