Is Thresher Industries Inc a real company?

I thought I would help contribute to this board. I’ve been reading a lot but never posted. So here goes...

I found a lot of document on THRR’s website, which indicates that this is a legit company. Now whether or not the deal is true, it's up to you to DD before you buy or sell shares. I personally bought 17.9M yesterday!
