lisaencano; I won't ask how you got involved (I assume thats privileged info & should stay that way) but I sure am curious as to why you'd pay soooooo much for a 'paid pump' company to do this chore. I know for a fact that other equally prominent pump companies (in the pennystock sector) don't charge 'anywhere near as much' to do the same thing (or in this case , 'far better'). I can give examples if you wish.....I hold another pennystock that paid 15,000 shares at .10/shr. for the same PR campaign (by another promoter).
I'm also amazed that (if all this is true) , they didn't return any 'un-earned' compensation they hold....sure seems like any good lawyer could get this back in a hurry. If all you say is true; They "Failed to Perform" & would therefore be in default of the terms of any decent contract I've ever seen. I'd suggest you have your lawyer do your talking for you....you won't accomplish much here on iHub except perhaps, get yourself in trouble legally.....if all you say is true , don't let them get away w/it....its bad for you , for ENTK & us as well (dilution & all that).
BTW; On a related topic: Speaking of 'Promoters'....No promoter can ever do more than a good set of financials , filed w/ the SEC. Investors can 'smell money' (thats what we do)....I for one pay absolutely no attention whatsoever to paid pumpers. The "Financials" speak for themselves....thats all we need to know.
